Yes, you can order via this site and have the products delivered. Delivery via air is the most cost effective option.

How long should I expect for delivery?

What is your return policy?
Please choose your product shades carefully. If you have any questions regarding shades, product consistency, or application, please email us before you order. With our extensive knowledge of the Kitten Vixen line as well as cosmetics in general, we will be happy to answer any of your questions. We encourage you to email us as we will not accept items that are returned due to an incorrect shade choice. If an item is defective, you may return the product up to 30 days after you receive it for an exchange or full credit to your major credit card. Please include your last name and your order number in the package so that we may reference your order and process your return more efficiently. Please also include the reason you returning the item. Why is your mascara different to other mascaras on the market?
All of our products are formulated by our team of professional make up artists to maximize effect and ease of application for our consumers. Our mascara has been specifically formulated so it can be layered for a subtle or dramatic finish. We feel that it’s important to put the choice in the hands of our consumers. The skinny wand means you can apply the mascara deep with in the lash base which really opens up the eyes and the formula is on the dry side so you can layer the products for a dramatic look at night and a more subtle look during the day. If the mascara had been a wetter formulation this option would not be possible, as reapplying a wet formulation would achieve one giant eyelash!
The mascara formulation is lengthening and thickening and is water resistant which means it wont run if you splash your face with water or cry but it can be easily removed when you cleanse your face at night, unlike water proof formulations which need a special eye make up remover to take off.

What’s so special about the eyeliner?
Our eyeliners are color matched perfectly to the mascara they accompany in the eye kits. The formula is soft and packed with pigments so you can easily line the inside of your eyes as well as the outside. The formula has been developed so you can layer the product for a subtle or dramatic look depending on the time of day or the occasion.
We always choose natural ingredients where possible, in this case the pencil has a certain amount of wax which is necessary to stiffen the formula and maintain the shape of the tip. Before applying the pencil to your eye area, draw on the back of your hand or rub the pencil between your palms to warm up the wax and release the pigment. If you live in a colder climate you will need to warm the pencil for a little longer.
  
What’s unique about your lip-glosses?
Our lip-glosses have been formulated using the cleanest of ingredients. Wherever possible, we have used organic and natural ingredients that intensely moisturize the lips. There are no ingredients in our lip-gloss formula that will dry the lips. This formula is as close to a lip treatment as you will get in a color cosmetic. The colors are natural beauty colors that are considered “beauty staples” in the industry, this means regardless of age, ethnicity or current fashion, these colors always work well and bring a face to life.

 What is a universal nude tone and how does it apply to lips?
In make-up terms, a universal tone is a tone that will work on any woman regardless of age or ethnicity. Simply put, our nude lip liner looks as great on a woman in her twenties as it will on a woman in her forties and beyond.

Can I wear a nude lip from day to night and still look appropriate?
Nude is as great for the evening paired with dramatic eyes as it is for the day time paired with a smidge of tinted moisturizer and lashings of mascara. Start with a fresh minimal look for day and add a quick smoky eye before heading out for the evening. Our nude liner is also great as a lipstick base as it stops darker colors from traveling outside the line of your lips.

What is the formula of the lip liner like?
The formula is soft and full of pigment so it glides on super easy. It is made with natural and organic ingredients and is one of the cleanest lip pencil formulas on the market. Top tip, when applying the pencil, if the pencil feels too soft pop it in your fridge for 5 minutes so it can harden up before reapplying.
